The Student Employment Office (SEO), located in UNCG’s Career Services Center (#1 EUC), believes that part-time work experience can be a valuable part of career planning, skill building, and leadership development. Although we do not serve as a job placement service, the SEO aims to be a one-stop-shop for all possible resources related to part-time employment. Our staff provides resources and advice for finding on-campus (work study and/or non-work study) and off-campus work. The SEO manages all part-time job listings on SpartanCareers as well as the I-9 forms (employment verification) for all on-campus student employees. Throughout the year, the SEO organizes 3 part-time job fairs as well the annual Student Employee of the Year Celebration.
