Student Employee Appreciation Week
Each year colleges and universities across the country recognize and celebrate student employees for their contributions and hard work to individual departments, offices, and agencies in the greater community. National Student Employee Appreciation Week will take place the week of April 9th – 14th, 2011. At UNCG, well over 2,000 student employees make up this vital part of our campus community.
Student Employee Appreciation Ceremony
You’ve worked hard all year – and to show our gratitude and say” thank you” for your dedication and commitment, the Student Employment Office is sponsoring the Annual Student Employee Appreciation Ceremony. Students and supervisors - come celebrate on Wednesday, April 11th from 3- 4 p.m. with cake, ice cream, and fabulous prize drawings (including gift certificates and a grand prize). During this time we will announce our Undergraduate and Graduate Student Employee of the Year. This year we received a total of 18 outstanding nominations and will be presenting certificates to all our nominees. Mark your calendars - you will not want to miss this event!
Students will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes from the following businesses:
