UNCG offers a B.S. in Finance. The Finance major involves learning how wealth is created, stored, protected, received, distributed, and generally managed. Study in this area focuses on financial markets, financial institutions and corporate finance, although students frequently seek employment in related areas of insurance and real estate. Students often choose to double major in Accounting and Finance. For more information on the Finance major, contact Dr. William Brown, Room 383 of the Bryan Building, at (336) 334-5647 or by e-mail wdbrown @uncg.edu).
