The Department of Business Administration offers the B.S. degree in Business Administration which provides broad exposure to functional areas of business and a comprehensive understanding of business specialty areas in the following concentrations:
- Human Resources focuses on skills and knowledge needed by professional human resource managers: legal basis of employment discrimination, recruiting, screening, selection, training and development, and performance appraisal, as well as compensation and benefits administration..
- Entrepreneurship/Small Business focuses on entrepreneurship issues related to the organization and management of enterprises.
- Business Studies is most appropriate for those who want a broad business exposure without concentrating in one functional area. This concentration also allows students to create a specialized focus.
