e-leads is a web-accessible database of organization descriptions and contact information for Liberal Arts students that allows the student to search for appropriate employers with whom they can follow up and network as part of their job or internship search. It does not provide job listings. However, each employer has indicated that they expect to have either an internship or full time position within the next year. Most employers have also indicated whether they would consider international students. Fourteen colleges and universities belong to the e-leads consortium; each one has responsibility for one of the following industries:
