  • Monday – Friday (12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.) – Meet with a Peer Career Advisor for a resume review in our Resource Library.
  • Monday - Friday (2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.) - Meet with a Career Counselor for a 15-minute “Drop In” question-answer session.
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) - Schedule a 60-minute appointment/counseling session with a Career Counselor, in order to obtain more information about this subject.

Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP)
Sponsored through the US Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy, the WRP for College Students with Disabilities is a resource for federal agencies and private businesses nationwide to identify qualified temporary and permanent employees from a variety of fields.  WRP recruiters conduct personal interviews with interested students on college and university campuses. Learn about CSC’s workshops on the WRP and the WRP recruiter’s on-campus interviews at UNCG.

Emerging Leaders Internship Program
Highly competitive program that places undergraduate and graduate students with disabilities in fulfilling summer internships and provides them with leadership development opportunities

American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) Internship Program
Each year, the AAPD hosts two Summer Internship Programs for College Students with Disabilities in Washington, DC, providing paid travel to and from DC, paid fully-accessible housing, and living stipends.

Entry Point!
ENTRY POINT! is a program of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)offering internship opportunities for students with apparent and non-apparent disabilities in science, engineering, mathematics, computer science, and some fields of business.

Mobility International USA(MIUSA)
MIUSA’s goal is to empower people with disabilities to achieve their human rights.  MIUSA is a cross-disability organization serving those with cognitive, hearing, learning, mental health, physical, systemic, vision and other disabilities. The website also provides internship postings.
