Fall Career Day is designed for students seeking professional positions after graduation, students seeking internships, and students evaluating graduate and professional school options. In addition to graduating students underclassmen are encouraged to attend Career Day to explore different career paths, find out what is required to obtain jobs of interest, network, and assess what they can do now to better prepare themselves for a career upon graduation. Career Day is open to all majors at all levels.
The Nursing Career Day is an excellent opportunity for students in Nursing to learn about employment opportunities and graduate school options. Although primarily Nursing students attend, we will also be publicizing this event to students in the allied health fields including Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Gerontology, Social Work, Counseling, and Public Health majors. Whether you are looking for full-time, part-time, or volunteer opportunities, representatives from various healthcare systems will be available to discuss your options. A number of graduate schools also attend this fair to assist potential applicants with the admission process and questions about graduate school. If you are still making a career decision, and considering a career in a healthcare setting, this is your chance to network with recruiters and learn more about this growing field. This is a professional event, so dress to impress!

The 2011 Career Expo is a networking and recruiting event for all UNCG students and alumni of all standings, in all majors that provides an outstanding opportunity for recruiters to talk directly with interested UNCG students and alumni.
In addition to graduating students, underclassmen are encouraged to attend The Career Expo to explore different career paths, find out what is required to obtain jobs of interest, network, and assess what they can do now to better prepare themselves for a career upon graduation.

UNCG's Education Career Day 2011 is sponsored by the Career Services Center and the School of Education. Approximately 100 school systems
from North Carolina and several other states will attend this event.
They will be seeking Pre K-12 teachers for all subjects, as well as
administrators, counselors, social workers, nurses, media specialists,
speech pathologists and dietitians.
