SpartanCareers Employer Guide

After your request for an interview day is received our office will call or email you to confirm. A typical schedule consists of 30, 45, or 60-minute interviews beginning at 9 a.m. The last interview concludes at 4 p.m. A break for lunch can be scheduled into the day.

You have the option of choosing an Open or a Pre-Screening procedure:

Open Schedules
Students and alumni, who meet your requirements sign up for an interview on a first-come, first-served basis and submit resumes prior to the scheduled interview date.

Pre-Screening
Pre-screening allows you to review submitted resumes prior to the campus visit and select candidates to be interviewed. Students who are preselected will then have the opportunity to sign up for an interview time. A six-week advanced notice is strongly recommended to reap the full benefits of this process.
