UNCG's fall recruiting season begins the first week of October and extends through the first week of December. Spring recruiting is held from the first week in February through the end of April. UNCG's on-campus recruiting program focuses on full-time postgraduate positions. If you are interested in on-campus recruiting for internships, please call 336-334-5454.
  In order to give you more control in the entire recruiting process, our office utilizes CSO Interfase. CSO Interfase is an innovative, online, career services automation system that gives you the opportunity to have hands on involvement in setting up and viewing your on-campus recruiting schedule(s), posting job opportunities, registering for career fairs etc. 
  Employers should schedule on-campus recruiting through SpartanCareers.  After your request is received our office will call or email you to confirm your preferred interview schedule date. If you need to change the date or other preferences at a later time, please call our office.
  A typical schedule consists of 30/45/ or 60-minute interviews beginning at 8:30 a.m. The last interview concludes at 4:30 p.m. Lunch is normally from 11:45-1:15 p.m. 
  Employers have the option of choosing an Open or a Pre-Screening procedure.

Open Schedules
Students and alumni, who meet the organization's requirements sign up for an interview on a first-come, first-served basis and submit resumes prior to the scheduled interview date.

Pre-Screening
Pre-screening allows recruiters to review submitted resumes prior to the campus visit and select candidates to be interviewed. Students who are preselected will then have the opportunity to signup for an interview time. Employers also have the option of preselection with alternatives. A six-week advanced notice is required.

The CSC informs students of recruiting visits in advance through various means. Additional publicity may be arranged by recruiters through the campus newspaper, The Carolinian, (336-334-5752), and campus radio WUAG-FM advertisements (336-334-5450)

Recruiters should check CSO Interfase two days before the campus visit to confirm interview schedules and telephone the Career Services Center to make schedule adjustments and discuss any last minute concerns.
