Information tables and sessions are available on a first come, first served, basis throughout the academic year from September through April. Information sessions and tables are a great way to build your presence on campus.

Information sessions are a great way to boost your presence on campus and reach out in a more formal way to UNCG talent. Information sessions typically last about an hour and are held in the evening for optimal traffic, but can also be held throughout the day Monday through Friday. Most sessions take place in the Career Services Center main conference in the Elliott University Center. Your organization can determine the length and format; we provide full audio-visual capabilities. Once scheduled, information sessions are advertised via email, social media, and collateral to specified majors and/or all UNCG students. It is important to schedule early to ensure you receive your date preference and to reach as many students as possible via advertising. Information sessions can be scheduled by calling 336-334-5454.

Information tables are located in the main thoroughfare of the Elliott University Center and are reserved at a cost of $10. Tables can be reserved Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm and can be staffed by as many as 3 representatives. You can request an information table via Spartan Careers (https://www.myinterfase.com/uncg/employer/), or by calling our Recruiting Coordinator at 336-334-5455. The information table allows you to reach a wide variety of UNCG students who traffic through the Elliott University Center for class, to get to the library, or to purchase lunch.
